Spiders from Eynsham

The other morning I almost began to believe in fairies.

The morning dew revealed the most incredibly delicate strands of silk…
…sparkling like a ballroom dancer’s frock.
Ah…here’s who made the webs…
…which were quite incredible.
The flowers looked nice in the dew as well.
And here’s an attempt to be arty…

Free Falling

Suspended on a thread from a spider’s web, this leaf seems to hang alone in the air, dancing on the breeze.

How often the things that support us are delicate and invisble.
